I have seen videos regarding a couple of police officers who gotten beat up in Philadelphia. I will not post the link for the fear of my post either getting reported or that person may contact and have the video deleted, but trust me when I say I have seen videos of it being done.
Now, I have mixed emotions about this, as well as other viewers of the videos. I do understand a police officer is a human being, however, does that police officer or other police officers think about that before they shoot an unarmed person, or kill someone with a handicap? I understand a police officer and other officers must protect themselves, hence the bullet-proof vest, however, do they think about just injuring a person that is unarmed instead of shooting in the chest? It appears the police officers are the hunters and citizens are the deers… innocent deers that are gunned down for the sake of just shooting as in relations of unarmed individuals that are gunned down for the sake of getting away with killing.
Juries refuse to indict, but the ONE thing I have is this… what if one of their family members were killed by a police officer? What if their son or daughter was unarmed and was gunned down? When an officer is not indicted, and they return to duty the very next day, something is wrong with our way of thinking. I do hate to say I hope or wish someone from the jury will experience this in their family, but maybe that could be what is needed for indictments.
