Plenti Customers…

The reward program known as Plenti will cease to exist as of July 10, 2018. Plenti is a card used by Exxon Mobile to redeem for rewards. These rewards can be x amount of cents or dollars off per gallon on fuel. It can also be used at Macy’s and other fine stores. I guess the question is how could this be when it is a relatively new program?

American Express is discontinuing the Plenti credit card. American Express is also removing Plenti as a transfer partner. Macy’s and Chili’s are both leaving the program. Ultimately, this program struggled due to poor reward rates and the inability to sign new customers.

Before I get on any reward program, I must sure my information is safe and secure. When Plenti first came out, they did not allow anyone to opt out of third-party information selling. I don’t want my information sold to anyone. It is a hassle to answer my phone or get mail from third-party trying to sell something. I don’t know if Plenti changed their policies, but I did not check into it further since they did not allow it when the program first came out.

There are many reward programs out there. I do suggest you find out if you can opt out of any third-party selling before you join.

Purge: America

People say America is truly the greatest nation on earth.  When I look at our history, I am not inclined to say so.  According to sources, there are 323.1 billion people that live in the United States.  That is more than Russia and more than the United Kingdom.  From this number, 32 million adults cannot read.  About 21 percent of adults read below a 5th grade level and around 19 percent of high school graduates cannot read at all, yet people say we are truly the greatest nation on earth.

When we talk about purge, what are we really talking about?  Let’s look what purge is defined as.  It can be used as a noun to mean an abrupt or violent removal of a group of people from an organization or place.  There are many things that can be considered as purging.

I see commercials daily about giving money to help the poor in other countries, yet we have poor people in America who are suffering.  Let’s look at jobs.  Jobs are moved from the United States to other countries for the sake of paying a lower wage and increase in price in the interest of making more money.  The government gives tax cuts for companies moving their production in different countries.  These companies pay those citizens in other countries pennies on the dollar.  Meanwhile, American citizens are living hand in mouth due to lack of jobs, lack of opportunities, and lack adequate wages.  Most people will contribute funds around the world before helping a fellow American.  All contributed fund are tax deductible which means Americans can support other American causes to help each other.  My mother has this saying that goes “take care of home first.”  How are Americans supposed to feel?  How can this be viewed as a purge?  As a result of companies moving their businesses out of the country, it decreases the amount of Americans working to provide for their families.  This can also cause retaliation or uproar.  The effect of this can lead to increased population in jail as well as increased population among the homeless.  Walking pneumonia and disease can be adverse effects among the homeless which can cause a slow and painful death.  So many Americans look down on the homeless, but homeless people are kinder and more caring than other Americans who are well off.

Trump lifts the ban on big game trophy and now he puts the ban back on.  When the ban was lifted there were a lot of Americans calling him a great president.  This means we have people in America that want to go to other countries to kill a defenseless animal for the sake of having their head on a trophy.  This mean we have people in America that want to go to great lengths to have other animals killed for their own greed and pleasure.  There are many species of animals that are near extinction.  Currently, there are only three White Rhinos left in the world.  Out of a radius of 3,969 miles of earth, only three White Rhinos are left.  This radius is larger than both the moon and Mars.  The West African Black Rhinos are EXTINCT thanks to mankind.  As we go back in time to 1933, King Kong was brought to America for the interest of making money for man and then killed by man because he had gotten loose.  Destruction is what mankind is about and now it resorted to the destruction of God’s precious animals.  Man choose to call this sport when it is should be called what it is… execution.  These animals are NOT property, but living, breathing organisms.  It reminds me of slavery when others bought another living, breathing human and called him or her “their property.”  How can this be viewed as purging?  Americans taking innocent lives for the interest of money and power.  Man always wants to show their power, but never want to resort to humbleness.  A Godly man is a humble man.  It is very interesting how many people say they are Christians, yet can kill an animal to use as a trophy or prize.  Since a lot of people want to say they are a Christian, look at their lives and see if they are living the life of a Disciple of Christ.

The police has free reign of abusing their power.  Most police officers would kill an unarmed person and claimed they were fearful of their life.  Police officers have on a bullet-proof vest and yet afraid of their life if someone has a knife of state statue.  The jury acquits the officer which will allow other officers to do the same because they believe they will have the same fate.  Now, there is a slogan going around saying “Blue lives matter.”  I did not know we had blue people.  Not all police uniforms blue.  All lives should matter.  How can this be viewed as purging?  The paragraph speaks for itself.

There are many instances that purging can happen. I believe what others don’t understand are the cause and effects of their decisions.  The cause of moving production to other countries affects the well-being of most Americans who try to provide for their families.  The cause of senseless killing of wild animals for the sake of a trophy affects the lives of the animal’s offspring and extinction.  The cause of police abusing their power and killing unarmed citizens while getting away with it affects the trustworthiness of police officers and possible retaliation. I can bet you most of the people committing these acts call themselves Christians.  Do you honestly believe a Christian would behave the way those in the above paragraphs are behaving?

Trump Cost American Lives

Let’s look at the key players. Chad is a country that borders Niger and is 53.1 percent Muslim with Catholics being the second most religious group.

Niger is a country the borders Chad and Mali and 80-94 percent of the population is Muslim.

Mali is a country that borders Niger and is 98 percent Muslim.

The situation is calm, unlike most other situations as the United States elite military personnel teams up with the Nigerian military, along with Chad, to help combat Islamic extremist in Mali.  There are more African countries joining the Coalition to combat Muslim extremist.  And now… the trouble begins.

Trump puts a travel ban on Chad, a Muslim country.  Really!  I guess Trump forgot we are getting help from Chad and other Muslim countries in the region against Mali.  There are American citizens who are from Chad as well as other countries that are helping the United States military in the region.  It astonishes me that the Census Bureau defines white people as having origins in any of the original peoples of Europe, the Middle East, or North Africa.  This mean people from Libya are considered white even though they are African.  This also mean people from Israel are considered white even though they are from the Middle East.  To go further, Iraqis and Iranian people are considered white by the Census Bureau even though they are considered Middle Eastern countries.  Also, this would mean Iraq would be considered white as Iraq is located in the Middle East  Funny how society say who is considered white and who are not.  As I looked upon the list of banned countries, I see people who are considered black, yellow, or brown are on the list and I meant no disrespect on that statement.  There are not any white Muslim countries listed on the banned countries such as Kosovo or Albania.  If this is really the true situation then no country should be on the travel ban because every country on earth is not one hundred percent Muslim.  Even Iraq has a percentage of Christian people within their country.

Trump wants the help and the backing of Chad, but don’t want any of its citizens visiting America because of paper issue(s).  Wrap this around your head for a moment.  You want the backing of a country to help protect your troops, but you put a ban on the same country that is supporting and helping you.  Do you believe they will continue to help you or do you believe they would pull out or worse?  This is why I believe Trump cost American lives.  The lives of the Americans could have been saved if he did not put the ban on Chad.  As a former military service member, I feel sorry for the families affected by the actions of someone who decides to ban its citizens from coming to America.  I feel hurt and sadden by the fact that the lives could have been saved.  They say we have freedom in this country.  Look around you.  Do we really have freedom in this country?

The Deal with Automobile Insurance

Automobile insurance was made mandatory in 1927.  Shopping around for automobile insurance is very hard to do.  They require your social security number, phone number, and e-mail address.  Most companies may use this information to sell to other companies in hopes to get you to agree to other insurance needs.  Some people have good home insurance from one company, but that does not mean that same company will provide you with a great rate on automobile insurance.

As we know, many factors go into determining a rate.  Of course, not all factors are relevant.  The relevant factors are age, driving record, previous coverage, type of vehicle, and geographical area.  The irrelevant factors are social security number and current phone number.

They say if you are a certain age, you are prone to driving fast or reckless.  Women automobile rates tend to be lower than men automobile rates.  Why?  Do companies believe women are the better drivers?  Do companies believe women are safer drivers?  I was involved in four accidents in my life.  Out of the four, three were actually caused by women.  Therefore, I don’t agree with the theory of women being better or safer drivers.  Don’t get me wrong.  Some are good drivers and others are not, but companies should not use this as a fact.  With age comes more responsibility and this is what the automobile insurance is supposed to look at, but some do not.  Driving record is always a factor.  You must release your driver’s license in order to have the companies look upon your driving history.  Previous coverage is always a good thing to use as a good negotiation tool.  I will explain more about that a bit later.  The type of vehicle can make a policy increase or decrease.  Let’s face it your premiums will be more expensive if you insure a Lexus versus insuring a Chevrolet.  If you live in an urban area, you can expect your premium to go up compared to if you live in a country area.  However, if you live in the metro city areas, your premiums can go up compared to living in the urban areas.  What that really boils down to is cost of living.  The higher the cost of living, the more your premiums may be as well.

A gap in your insurance coverage is not good.  Most companies would consider you to be a risk because you are insuring for a short about of time to get from paying over a length of time or jumping from insurance company to insurance company.  Think of this like employment.  If you are out of work for months and months it would be harder to find employment as the employer may believe you are not a good worker.  A company wants to hire someone that is employed because it show you are may be worth their investment.  This principle works with automobile insurance.

So the question is how to bring the premium to a more manageable expense?  How can you use previous coverage as a good negotiation tool?  When you shop around, I suggest the Progressive website.  Progressive tends to compare rates with other reputable companies instead of cut-rate insurance companies.  I do suggest a reputable company because if you do get involved in an accident, a cut-rate insurance company may take a long time to get you back on the road, if they can at all.  After you apply with an online quote, company the companies with your current insurance company.  This is where the trick comes into play.  If you are comfortable with your current insurance agency, ask them to do an evaluation on your policy.  Doing an evaluation on your policy is another way of asking if they can give you better quote since you have been with them for a good length of time.  Some companies will bring your cost down.  It is like getting refinanced on a vehicle after making payments for about a year or so.  A good example of this would be Company X brought my cost down about sixty dollars.  However, on the Progressive website, Company Y gave me a quote that is an additional twenty dollars off.  In other words, Company Y is going to charge me eighty dollars cheaper than what I have with Company X, even after the evaluation of my current policy.

Other notable traits would to be accident free, or a no-fault accident.  A no-fault accident is a crash that is not your fault.  It could be the result of nature (hitting an animal or weather) or someone hitting your vehicle.  Next, don’t have any moving violations.  Have continuous coverage on your vehicle for at least a year with the same company.  If you can, have your monthly payment deducted from your checking account.  When you opt for this service the insurance company will the willingness of being with them in the long haul and may provide an additional discount versus sending in a payment.

If you are tired of paying a high cost and you had been with your automobile insurance company for at least a year, you can ask them to do an evaluation on your policy to try to drive the cost down.  You are also free to check on different websites for a better rate. Again, I suggest the Progressive website that will compare costs with other reputable companies.  I have heard some say as well as the Bible say, “ask and ye shall receive.”  At times we don’t have because we have not asked.

People Ask Me Why…

When I tell others who my team for football is, they often ask why.  Since 1984, I loved the Chicago Bears from Chicago, Illinois.  Like every Chicago Bear fan, I was ecstatic when the Chicago Bears won the Super bowl in 1985.  With the ups and downs, I still held true to my Chicago Bears.  I bought a heavy coat, hats, a Walter Payton jersey, and a Brian Piccolo jersey.

Other people choose their teams due to team colors, gang affiliation(s), and what they may see celebrities wear in support for different teams.  I will admit there are certain colors I am attracted to, but I don’t like the team.  I am a Leo, so the Lion is my Zodiac sign, but that doesn’t mean I should buy everything Detroit Lions.  The Saint Louis Cardinals give all military personnel free tickets when they play at home, but that does not mean I have to buy everything Saint Louis Cardinals.  I am from Boston, but that does not mean I have to be a Boston Red Sox fan.  To be plain, I will not wear something due to team colors and I am not affiliated in a gang.  It is a shame that gangs pick certain teams as their “cut.”  Cut is a term used by motorcycle clubs in connection to their jackets and/or color affiliation(s).

I grew up despising this team.  I grew up hating everything they stood for.  I thought of this team as slime due to their team colors.  If you would have to guess the team, who would you guess that I despise?    You are correct… the Green Bay Packers.  I did not care who was on the team.  I would call them Slime Bay or the Slackers.  I recorded the first Chicago Bears preseason game against Denver Broncos.  Instead of recording this game it recorded the career of Bret Favre.  The highlights of his ups and downs as well as his addiction to pain killers were very interesting.  He overcame by looking for help of his addiction.  This brought me to a new level of respect for Bret Favre.   The more I viewed the film of his career, the more I liked him.  The more I viewed the team as a whole, the more I see how compassionate they are.  They all tend to have fun and money was never a big issue with any of the players.

Someone told me the “G” on the Green Packers’ Helmet means Greatness.  As with other people in the football world, I though the “G” was for Green Bay; or Slime Bay as I referred to them as.  As I researched what the “G” stood for on the helmet, it is true.  George Braisher in 1961 created the trademark logo which we see on the helmets of the Green Bay Packers today.  Since then, Georgia Bulldogs and Grambling State Tigers have asked Green Bay if they could use the logo, in their own way of course.  Green Bay gave them permission to use the logo, but not the exact logo.  This information came from the Business Insider, which is a reputable news source.  When I read and researched this information, I was compelled to change from the Chicago Bears to the Green Bay Packers.  I know a lot of people would not like my choice of team and may consider me as a traitor, but I like teams that matter to me.  If I buy a hat or team apparel, you bet I have a reason for it; and a good reason at that.

I consider myself “Great” in so many ways.  Some may not agree with me and believe I am vain.  I have a belief that is very simple.  If I don’t believe I am great or phenomenal, who will?  I often referred to myself as phenomenally awesome.  I say that often because I believe the more I say it in my head, the more I will believe it.  It is like watching uplifting YouTube videos that tell you to say certain things to yourself to help you though the things that are putting you down in life.  On that note, I am awesome.  I am phenomenally awesome.  I am number one.  I am great.

I will not give up my Walter Payton or Brian Piccolo jerseys because I consider them to be great players with heart and passion, but I will sport the “G” for Greatness to remind myself daily of who I am in my eyes, in my parent’s eyes, and in my dog’s eyes.

Are All Men Created Equal?

There had been issues that arise during the beginning of time in this new world we call America.  One major issue is the question of equality which haunts all people of African descent and it’s the same question that people of European descent choose to ignore; or put restrictions on.  Another issue in America is how loosely the word “nigger” is used by not just the people of African descent, but of all people and why.

 

Let’s look at the word “nigger.”  What does it really mean?  If you ask your relative, friend, or any other person all over the world, they would say it means a black person.  It is a racial slur to degrade black people.  We can say the Spaniards or the French came up with this word.  It is not true.  The Spaniards say “Negro” which is nowhere near the word “nigger.”  The French say “Negre” which is, again, nowhere near the word “nigger.”  So how do people in the English language come up with this word?  Is it the same as other people call people who light white and those who are dark black?  I bet people never look at the definition before making an application that talks about… please choose a race.  Merriam-Webster defines black as being people of African or dark pigmentation of the skin.  Could this mean those from the country of India are considered black since they have dark pigmentation?  Yet, as you keep reading Merriam-Webster’s definition of black, it states thoroughly sinister or evil, wicked, very sad, gloomy, etc.  Can you say that every black person you had come in contact with is wicked or evil as stated by Merriam-Webster?  So why is black used to describe ALL people of African descent who are of dark pigmentation?  The reason why I say of dark pigmentation is due to the fact there are those of light pigmentation who are African as well.  Merriam-Webster defines white as being people of European or light pigmentation of the skin.  Yet, as you keep reading Merriam-Webster’s definition of white, it states innocent, pure, not intended to cause harm, etc.  Can you say that every white person you had come in contact with is innocent or never meant any harm as stated by Merriam-Webster?  So why is white used to describe ALL people of European descent?  It still does not prove that “nigger” means black because it is a word made up word.   I don’t know how others get “nigger” out of negro or negre, unless they wanted to make up a word and call it black or do it out of their ignorance.  A lot of people use this word very loosely in their everyday conversations.  Why use a word when it plainly states it is used as a racial slur to degrade a group of people?  If a person is in a wheelchair, do you believe that person would want to be called handicapped rather than a cripple?  Hulk Hogan, a famous wrestler with friends of all races, was even caught using the word “nigger.”  When being interviewed about his daughter’s relationship with a guy of African descent, he said “I mean, I’d rather if she was going to fuck some nigger, I’d rather have her marry an 8-foot-tall nigger worth a hundred million dollars!  Like a basketball player!  I guess we’re all a little racist.  Fucking nigger.”  Would he be just fine if Brooke was to date a guy of European descent who lived in a trailer?  Later, Hulk Hogan, also known as Terry Bollea, apologized by saying that is not who he is.  People tend to say what is on their mind.  As the saying goes… give it time and people will expose their true colors.  Okay, I am paraphrasing that saying.  After exposure from the media and thinking about what was actually said, WWE removed him for the WWE Hall of Fame.  Terry said he is disappointed in who he is because of such language.  Is he, or is he ashamed that he got caught being himself in his first mind?  It is amazing how I looked up to him when I first started watching wrestling as he would often say to the audience to take your vitamins and say your prayers.  Now, I question who he were speaking to.

 

In the King James Version of the Holy Bible, there are two verses that state all men are created equal.  Genesis 1:27 state “So God created man in his [own] image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.”  Galatians 3:28 state “There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.”  These two versus, out of many more versus, plainly state all men are created equal.

 

Even former President Abraham Lincoln in his Gettysburg Address said all men are created equal.  The second paragraph in the Declaration of Independence states, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.”  Some people have an issue with the term “self-evident.”  Self-evident merely mean evident without proof or reasoning.  The Bible provides the information needed in which the Declaration of Independence is based upon in regards to all men are created equal.

 

There are some who want to argue that all men are not created equal.  I don’t want to go on a preaching rant, so I will try to keep this short.  I believe Dr. Kathryn Seifert misunderstood what is behind the actual meaning of “all men are created equal.”  As stated in Genesis, God created man in his own image.  This means all men are PERFECT in the image of God.  Our bodies, our brain, our organs, our systems, etc. are from God and created by God as if He was looking in the mirror at Himself.  As man began to sin and fall, their minds began to change.  I believe she is talking about after the fall of man regarding the changing of the mind.  After all, Jesus said the wages of sin is death.  In short, Jesus said He came to fulfill the law, not to abolish it.  The New Testament reiterates the issue of proving all men are created equal in Galatians 3:28.  As far as the President goes, he is the one that pardon a racist police sheriff before his sentencing.  To me, that displays a very clear message.  President Trump wants to say some are born beautiful and some are not.  Some are born smart and others are not.  This gives the reasoning for his statement back in 2009.  However, the Old Testament says we are created in God’s image and after the fall of man, the New Testament says we are still equal.  This would mean even after the fall of man, there are some not born smart and others are born smart.  There are some born beautiful and others not born beautiful.  The one thing that really bothers me that I must write about is a writer from Christianity Today who believes the Bible never said all men are created equal.  I think the writer is missing the point.  Earlier, I wrote we are all created in His image.  Things changed after the fall of man, BUT we are all still created in His image in body.

 

It’s really a shame that we are still fighting the Civil War today.  It is true the Civil War is over and we knew and understood who the enemy was.  In today’s world, the enemies are all around us without sheets, hoods, and without the confederate uniform.  What is the difference between then and now?  Back then, people did things more in the open.  Today, people are more subtle in their comments and police are on a rampage in killing the less fortunate.

A Terrorist Bombing Forgotten

When we think of a terrorist, what are we conveying in our minds?  First, let’s figure out the definition of a terrorist or terrorism.  Terrorism is a noun that has three meanings, depending on how the word is used in a sentence.  The first meaning is the use of violence and threats to intimidate or coerce, especially for political purposes.  The second meaning is the state of fear and submission produced by terrorism.  The third meaning is a terroristic method of governing or of resisting a government.  With all of this said, one group of people can cause fear into another group of people and it would be considered as terrorism.  Would Klu Klux Klan be considered as a terrorist organization?  Would the Black Panthers be considered as a terrorist organization?  Would Communism be considered as a terrorist organization?

 

The United States of America has a long and said history of terrorizing its own citizens.  I would expect that from other countries as a result of change of power or civil wars within their own country due to religious beliefs.  The United States of America is supposed to be a land of the free.  This means we are free to do whatever we desire and be whoever we desire to be within the law of the land.  After all, this is one of the lyrics in the United States National Anthem.  The Star-Spangled Banner was written by Francis Scott Key, September 14, 1814 while watching the British attack Fort McHenry, Maryland.  Now here is a man, an immigrant from another country, who wrote an anthem to signify freedom in the “new world,” called the United States of America.  Why would I call Mr. Key an immigrant although he was born in the United States?  Even though he was born in the United States, his ancestry is not from another country or combination of countries.  The Natives from northeast Asia were the first in North and South America who migrated via Siberia from a bridge that lead into Alaska.

 

Since we understand the terminology of what a terrorist is, we can get into a terrorist bombing forgotten.  As I searched the internet to find information on all terrorist bombings in the Unites States of America, only one source revealed the information that I am going to present. I was surprised not to find this information on foxnews.com.  Foxnews.com has a page dedicated to “History of bombings in the US, including famous attempts that failed since the late 1800’s,” and this story is not on included on this specific page of their site.  When someone thinks of the first bombing ever on American soil, what comes to mind?  Some may say the bombings against us by us during the American Civil War.  Others may say the bombing of an Oklahoma building in 1995 by Timothy McVeigh, which is considered one of the deadliest terrorist attacks.  Even so, some may say the two airplanes that crashed into the World Trade Towers, also called 9/11 may be the first.  This attack is something different and should be considered as one of the most despicable attacks against American people by American people in our history; a history silenced.  Why would the Civil War not count as the first bombing on American soil?  It’s simple.  The Civil War was between two countries; the Confederate States of America (also called the Rebels with Alexander, Virginia as their headquarters after being moved from Montgomery, Alabama) and the United States of America (also called the Union with their headquarters in Washington, District of Columbia).  Because this nation was not considered one complete country, we cannot use this as the first bombing on American soil by Americans.

 

I will set the stage for you.  The date is 1921.  The place is Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Most people don’t know or have not heard of this, or what actually happened during this time.  This was called the Tulsa race riot of 1921.  How did this come to pass?  The attack was carried out by air and ground, destroying more than 35 blocks of the Greenwood district, one of the wealthiest communities of those of African descent.  More than eight hundred people were admitted into hospitals and over six thousand residents were arrested or detained.  Sources estimated over three hundred people of African descent dead.  What caused this riot?  A woman of European descent accused a man of African descent in raping her.  After finding out the suspect may be lynched, the residents charged into the police station with weapons to stop the injustice.  During the confrontation, many people died, including people of European descent.  This led to thousands people of European descent destroying stores and homes.  The rampage left over ten thousand residents of the community homeless as well as over one and a half million dollars in property damage and seven hundred fifty thousand dollars in personal damages.  This was a community that had a few European descent residents and people of African descent were doctors, lawyers, optometrists, bank owners, and had other successful businesses.

Why did people of European descent destroy the homes and business of the residents of Greenwood?  Why were there airplanes dropping dynamite on the rooftops of buildings?  Why were the police and National Guard helping those of European descent run those of African descent out of their community?  We all can come up with a lot of different reasons.  Some of these reasons may be good, and other reasons may be skeptical.  Some would say “playing the race card” and others would say let’s be realistic.

As we look throughout the history of the United States of America, we can see this country was divided among itself; the Confederacy that were for slavery and the Union that were opposed to slavery.  In my opinion, this division was about money, not slavery per say.  Just like people of European descent migrated from their respective countries to America, people of African descent were forced from their respective countries to become slaves and less than a man or woman.  Being oppressed by the lack of education and refused rights under the United States Constitution, tribes were separated and looked upon as “property” not humans.  As society grew in the years that led to this event, it was evident that people of African descent were not supposed to have anything, and God forbid they had more than those of European descent. The society was turning into white was right and black is bad.  After all, the term white is to mean innocent or not intended to cause any harm.  The term black is to mean wicked or characterized by hostility.  Anyone would believe this because the pictures of Jesus in the church are of a European Jesus.  When you have a people that are suppressed, they may not know any different.  In Revelations 1:13-16, it speaks of Jesus as having feet of bronze and hair like white wool.  If we look at the definition of bronze we find out that bronze is a metallic brown color.  In history, we know people of African descent were called colored because their skin completion is not that of Europeans.  Wooly hair is often associated with Negroid hair.  As we know from the original Middle Easterners, they are of brown skin and their hair can be wooly or tight-curled.  In any event, when someone put a picture of what they think represents good and you have a race of people that are uneducated, it is easy to believe what you may not know or understand.  For these reasons I usually don’t use black or white in describing any one person or people.  I met “white” people in my life who are not innocent.  I met “white” people who really don’t intend on causing harm.  I met “black” people in my life who are not wicked.  I met “black” people in my life who are wicked.  I am sure we all had met “whites and blacks” who may and may not fit the definition.  Therefore, I use European and African descent to describe a people.  The 1921 Tulsa, Oklahoma bombing is not in any history book as part of the United States of America History.  It seems like this part of history has been… silenced.

 

There are other countries that have people of African descent living among them.  When they are speaking of themselves, they would always say “I am French.”  “I am from the United Kingdom.”  You would not hear them say I am Italian English.  You would not hear them say I am black living in France.  In America, we have citizens that would say “I am Italian.”  “I am Irish.”  America, the melting pot of the entire earth, yet we are the most judgmental and prejudice.  If you don’t believe me, just look around.  Look at the injustice and countless killings by police on the citizens they are sworn to protect.  Look at the many racially motivated groups and the killings by those groups.  Look at the recruitment by racially motivated groups to overpower another racial group.  America, the terrorist country within itself and if we don’t stop as a nation to recognize each other as a human being, we will continue to stereotype others and tear ourselves apart.
